one picture in a file is landscape

Unless there's a hidden "gotcha" in your request, insert the graphic
file, select it, and rotate it using the Rotate command on the
Graphics menu. Adjust the frame as necessary to hold it.

Distiller doesn't know or care about orientation; it prints what you give it.
