IOR Buggy?

FrameMaker 7.0

 

I have been getting complaints from our internationalization team that the
IOR feature is buggy. They are using the IOR to make a list of imported
graphics. They claim that sometimes the links to graphics are incorrect and
sometime graphics that are in the book are not listed in the index.

 

Is there a known bug with IORs? Has anyone had similar problems with IORs?
