Sorry, Paul -- Charles _did_ understand your meaning, and his answer is
correct. In Windows, Ctrl-tab and Crtl-shift-tab _do_ cycle through open
document windows within the application. Alt-tab and Alt-shift-tab cycle
through open applications.
