FW: Help! My Formatting Bar is Missing Important Icons

On further checking, when I switch the toolbar from vertical (where I
usually keep it) to horizontal, most of the buttons become grayed out and
unusable! I have not run into this behavior before.

Pearl,

Look for two arrows in the middle of the Formatting Toolbar. These cause
different icons to appear in the bar. If you click the arrows one or more
times you will get back to your normal selections.

Hi Framers,

Frame 7.0p578, Windows XP Professional

I don't know what I did, but my formatting bar is missing some icons, 
such as I (italic), B (bold), and spell check.

I've checked the View menu, and both Quick Access Bar and Formatting 
Bar are enabled. I've tried turning them on and off and closing down 
and then restarting FM, but I still don't have the icons.

Can anybody tell me how to display them again?
