Is it OK to remove Body Paragraph tag

I don't know of a way to change the default paragraph tag, but you can 
change its default properties. If you load the "custom" document in the 
FMINIT directory, you can use the Paragraph Designer to edit the properties 
of Body to make them whatever you want-- same as the properties in the 
special Regtext paragraph format you are using.
