Where's Frameusers?

Because the list is functioning, I'd guess they're having a problem
with their www server rather than a DNS or network problem. Given that
it's a holiday weekend, I wouldn't be surprised if they'd picked this
time for upgrading stuff... although it may just be a malfunction on
the intermittentnet.
