Another TOC Question

Hi Folks,

I created a TOC template with the toc entries formatted just the way I 
want them on the reference page. When I generate a TOC in any book, 
the TOC is formatted according to a reference page from H***. Short of 
opening the template file, importing the ref page from the template 
TOC, and then generating the TOC again, is there any way I can have 
new TOC within varios directories use the TOC template in Program 
Files\Adobe\FrameMaker\Tesmplates\...?
