FrameUsers: why don't the paragraph and character catalogs appear? (1 png attached)

Hi Roger,

IMHO this can only happen, if
- you create a new document while the FM main window is maximised
- and then Restore the window size of the main window to a smaller 
size. This will crop the document window, but you get scross bars on 
the main window.
