Heading Rows in Tables

It has to be the Heading row instead of a Body row. To convert a Body row to 
a Heading row, click in the table and choose Table > Add Rows or Columns. 
Select Add Rows To Heading and click Add. Now cut and paste the desired row 
into the new Heading row.
