HELP - Needed Russian Proximity

Hello All,
I'm looking for any contact details of Georgy Blagodatov.
This guy managed to write a patch for FM that changes Norwegian proximity to 
Russian and uses InDesign dictionaries in FM. The only trouble with this 
patch is that it doesn't work with build 7.1p114 but only 7.1p023. Does 
anyone know how to change it or how to get this guy's e-mail or something.
I can't even get FrameMaker build 7.1p023 anymore on the next... I have 
7.1p114 on XP.
Help...
