Bug - incorrect numbering a file in a book

Peter,
Double-check the chapter numbering properties for the specific file in
the Book. In the Paragraph tag, the selected setting is probably
"Restart Paragraph Numbering." Change it to "Continue Numbering From
the Previous Chapter In Book."
