renaming styles at the book level

Hi all,

I've been looking for a way to rename styles at the book level. After going through FM's online help, it seems like I need to go through each book file one at a time. I'd rather find a more convenient way. Is there one? I don't need to modify the styles I have, just rename them (I'll spare you the reasons why this is so).
