issues/bugs fixed by this update.

In some cases, the Acrobat updates overwrite the prologue.ps/epilogue.ps 
files used by Distiller (placing the blank versions of these files instead 
of the current ones). So if you have customized versions of these files, 
make sure to have a backup before updating.
