Moving dialog boxes

Another way to recover "lost" dialog boxes is to use keyboard shortcuts 
and the mouse:

1. Type the shortcut or click the menu choice that opens the dialog box 
in question.
2. Type Alt + spacebar then type M (for Move). Your mouse pointer is now 
located at the centre of the title bar of the dialog box, even if it's 
off screen.
3. Press and hold your left mouse button and move the mouse around until 
the errant dialog box is dragged into view.
