inserting Trademark symbols

In Windows, I put the keyboard numlock on and then hold the ALT
key down and type three numbers from the numeric keypad:

(tm)™ = 153
(c) © = 169
(r) ® = 174

There are Frame-specific sequences too, but these are what I have
become used to for all my applications, so I use them instead ...
