Interesting.  I never noticed that before.  Here's a
third workaround: use runfm (free in the Mif2Go demo),
and specify the names you want on the command line.
Use one invocation for each file, and put them all
in a .bat.  That gives you one-click production of
the PDFs with any names you please.
