Fast/easy methods of adding structure?

I'm not exactly sure what the aim is (a 1:N element structure). However,
FrameSLT may be an option. The Node Wizard has saved us many hours of
this kind of work. Available from West Street Consulting

Hi Steve,

It's unfortunate that scripting is out because this is the type of
"one-off" 
project that is ideal for a script. It is unlikely that you will find a 
plugin that will work for a specific task like this.
