PDF to FrameMaker?

In addition to Scansoft, I also use ABBY PDF Transformer.

I go from PDF to Word using Scansoft (now called Nuance) PDF Converter
Professional and then this can be output as an RTF for FrameMaker to
read.

Relatively inexpensive solution!
