converting text to html

I use Mif2Go with good results (http://www.omsys.com).

I imported a text file into Frame. Then I formatted it and converted it
to HTML. It was all funky in HTML. 
 
Do you guys use Frame for conversion to HTML docs, or do you use a tool
like DreamWeaver?

If you use Frame, how do you control/access the code?
