conditions within variables

Gillian -

Create an "import from" document for each customer that has the
variables set for product names, part numbers, conditional text
settings, etc.

To switch from Customer A to Customer B, just import the settings from
the appropriate document.

If you need to make the document look different for each customer, then
import the template info (page layout, styles, etc.).  That way you
don't need to keep multiple master pages with each customer's logo, etc.
-- they pull the info from the ImportFrom file.
