Quick Context-sensitive question

I'm placing topic aliases in my documents so my client can generate 
context-sensitive help.

There are several topics, which need to point to the same help topic. In 
a case like this, do I just create the single topic alias, then have the 
programmers set it up to point to the same topic, or do I have to set up 
three separate topic aliases?
