If it's not an event script and you don't want it on the Scripts menu,
then don't install it. Just put it in your Initial Script Search
Directory (set in Options). When you want to run the script, choose
FrameScript>Run and select the script.

Regarding icon IDs, I don't think you can add new icons to FM, only use
the existing ones. I don't know how/where to get a list of the IDs.
