Use a hypertext marker in FrameMaker. 1. Make your link, e.g. Email: <hyperlink character tag>user at domain.com</chartag> (I've found you HAVE to use some sort of character tag on a hypertext marker, otherwise the entire paragraph becomes a link) 2. Select the text of your link and add a hypertext marker as follows: message URL mailto:user at domain.com
