FrameMaker 8 and Plugins

Sourcerer worked with the FM8 Beta, but you have to open and save your
Sourcerer support files (such as SrrLocalSettings.fm and
SrrMasterSettings.fm) as FM8 files. We have a short upgrade document
available if you have any problems.
