How Do I Conditionalize an Entire File

Using a text inset is fine if he stuff in the prospective inset doesn't...
  * have condition tagged text,
  * use variables, or
  * use heading formats.

  If any of the aforementioned are the case, you'll start running into FM's little text inset quirks. That's why at my "shop" we use the same files in multiple FM books along with a few book-specific files to achieve a lot of our single-sourcing.

  In that case, I'll probably try to use a text inset for the content in
the file. I have about 10 books.
