Frame 7.2 and Acrobat 7

The FM install puts on a limited version of Acrobat Distiller (not the
entire Acrobat program) by spawning a second, spin-off installer.  So
either abort that part of the install entirely, or install the entire
version of Acrobat second, after FM.
