border around a word?

Not so simple in FrameMaker: there is no basic function that I know of for this. An 'at insertion point' anchored frame with a solid border does it, but you have to have a text frame inside the anchored frame, so positioning and alignment is fiddly. SiliconPrairie's Autotext plug-in offers a quick, easy and cheap method for inserting composite objects like this from its own menu.

I'd be interested to know if there is a more elegant solution.
