FM_SYSTEM_HIDEELEMENT

I get the following message when updating a book, pertaining to the TOC in a
Structured Book:

Show/Hide condition for FM_SYSTEM_HIDEELEMENT is inconsistent.

I know the generated TOC Book Component "breaks" the valid structure for the
book, and I will remove it when I output the book to HTML. However, when I
am updating the book for local PDF print job, I leave the TOC where it is in
the book structure.

Where do I address this condition? Is it an artifact of Structure, or is it
something that occurs in Unstructured FM 8? Should I continue to ignore it?
