8.0.1 patch fixes FM Book to PDF issue

The online updater appears to be the only way to get the update.
Strangely enough, there is no mention of FrameMaker 8.0.1 anywhere
on the Adobe website, and certainly not in the usual Support > 
Updates section of the website. Odd...
