PDF bookmark font is Arial not Arial-CE

I know that Maxwell Hoffmann mhoffmann at translate.com with ENLASO
Corporation, demonstrated a way that they fix this with a procedure that
they came up with. You might check with him about this.

IIRC, Acrobat does not support "foreign characters" in bookmarks, at least
not in the older versions. I have not yet tested it in Acrobat 8.
