Doc Switching?

Hi; 

This may be simple; however, I could not find anything in the Help. 

Is there a keyboard shortcut to switch between FM documents? 
I am now working in FM 7, after a long 7 yr absence since FM  5.5. 

I have the XP PowerToy's Alt+Tab switching; however that only switches 
between the FM program and other programs. 

I have three books open, Instructor Guide, Student Guide, & Exercise 
Guide. 
So, if I am working on Chapter 3, I also have Chapter 3 open in ea of the 
three books.
I would like to easily (through a keyboard shortcut) be able to switch 
between ea of the three chapters.

P.S.  I also recall that there used to be a downloadable keyboard shortcut 
PDF file
that one could refer to from MicroType (memory working, do I have the 
correct reference?) 
Looked on the MicroType website and didn't see it. 
I may still have the old 5.5 version in an old archived file, somewhere, I 
haven't located it yet.
