Highlighting in M

Well, slightly clunky, but workable:

1. On the Tools palette, define one of the line widths to a common
font size plus a couple points for leading. Say 14 pts.
2. Set the color to Yellow. Or whatever....
3. Use the line draw tool to add the highlight.
4. Right click and Send to Back.
