SOMEONE ASKING FOR A SHORTCUT TO SELECT AFrame

I wrote a small script which selects Anchored Frames on Body Pages one by 
one. Doesn't scroll to them though and you have to press arrow up or down or 
left or right to focus on it.
Install it with a shortcut and you have a good tool.
