New formats for a TOC

Hi Gunnar,

you can do this as follows:

   1. Go to the book file.
   2. Right-click the TOC.
   3. Choose *Set Up Table of Contents*.
   4. Move the new format to the Include list.
   5. Click *Set*.
   6. Click *Update*.
