X-refs in translated documents

Hi all,

i'm using FrameMaker 7.2, Trados 7.x (SDL Trados 2006) on Windows XP.

I created a set of documents referenced by their title and reference number.
My client wanted to have total control on these titles and ref numbers
(possibility to change them anytime) so I created a X-ref file (X-refs.fm)
including all titles (paragrah tag X-ref title) and ref numbers (paragraph
tag X-ref number).

In each document, I have a number of X-refs pointing towards these
titles/ref numbers. The documents are being translated into English
(originally written in French). I asked the translator to translate the
X-refs.fm file.

Will the x-refs in each translated document be automatically updated once
the backconversion RTF -> MIF performed? Or will I experience the knightmare
of reinserting each of them...?

Mathieu.
