Cannot launch distiller to create PDF file

If in fact it works "sometimes" but not others, the problem
has nothing to do with having multiple distillers on your
system. If you installed the standalone version of Distiller
that came with FrameMaker, it would be available to uninstall
from the Add/Remove programs control panel.

I would suggest that for reliability, you print to the
Adobe PDF PostScript printer driver instance in lieu of
using the "save as PDF" feature. Please advise if that works
consistently.
