Module "List of paragraph overrides"

The plug-in fills a row in the template table for each detected paragraph
override:
+ paragraph format name including a hyperlink on the spot in the scanned
document (1st column)
+ paragraph text in the documents local formatting (2nd column)
+ paragraph text using the catalog formatting if available (3rd column)
