Hello, I have inherited a FM document that when saved as PDF insists on opening at chapter 1 instead of the cover page. Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing that opens the document properly? This document has many cross-references, so I really want to use the Save As feature in FrameMaker (7.02). Thanks, Mary Holder
