Easiest way to migrate from one FM template to another

<DOH!>  OK, I'm embarassed. Mea culpa.  
 
I thought I saw it there -- perhaps I had confused it with my own files,
where I just confirmed that I have a copy of TemplateMapper.
 
Is it Friday yet?

Umm, I don't think so. That site has the free Cudspan plug-ins, but 
not TemplateMapper, which Chris always charged for.
