Notation 'tiff' was referenced but never declared

Whatever schema/DTD is being used in FrameMaker does not declare the
graphic notation TIFF as valid. For example, a DTD would need to include
a line such as :
<!NOTATION tiff PUBLIC "-//ALDUS//NOTATION Tagged Image File
Format//EN">
