Keyboard shortcuts stop working

Hi all,

a fellow Framer is using FrameMaker 7.2b144. Sometimes (and we don't know
how it's triggered) the keyboard shortcuts (CTRL+X, CTRL+Z and others) stop
working. When he quits and restarts FrameMaker, everything is fine again.

Is this a known bug? Has anyone had the same problem before? In which
version?
