Hello Framers,

This issue depends on the keyboard: On most European keyboards (ch, de, fr, 
...)  the right ALT key isn't jut ALT, it is ALTGR (ALTernate GRaphic to get 
the third symbol engraved on the key) which internally is ALT+CTRL.

Hence it may well be that Adobe decided to avoid the right ALT key in 
shortcuts.
