sed update

Don't want to bore people with off-topic content, but have had good success using MS-DOS sed (stream editor) to globally add/change/delete lines of text in hundreds of ASCII text files before importing them into Frame. Perhaps may work equally well for MIF/RTF.

Once I'm up to speed on regular expressions, may look at perl (as some folks suggested), but OTOH "if it ain't broke..."
