Easiest way to update all paragraphs in a book

> 1. Press ctrl+m and update each style in paragraph designer. Import
> formats to whole book.
> 2. Save as .mif search and replace "Times New Roman" and "10 pt"
> respectively. Save as .fm and import formats to whole book.

If you do step 1, why do you have to do step 2?
