Easiest way to update all paragraphs in a book

So why can't you just save one file that has all your styles in it. 
Delete the files you don't want to use (optional). Save it as a 
"template." Make the changes to the styles you want. Import the par. 
tags (and only the par tags) to all the docs in the book via the book 
view. Go through each file and delete formats that do not appear in the 
template (optional).
