FM8 and shortcut key (F9+<first letter in pragraph name>

I guess that this problem is solved now. BTW, i checked this issue in FM 7.1. When I did not open the paragraph designer, I was able to use the shortcut functionality.

same behavior in Windows XP, and with the Character Designer open too.
