The framers.com site is off-line. Does anyone have a copy of the PDF
whitepaper, "Automatic Bleeding Thumb Tabs" by Brad Anderson (dated
2007-01-17), or know where I can obtain a copy?

This paper demonstrates how to set up automatic bleeding thumb tabs in
FrameMaker. I've requested this from Brad at brad at beyondprint.com, but
haven't yet received a response.
