Frame Error while importing mif

I have a client importing a .mif and she is getting an error: Line  
2488 # Char out of range: 13.
This I believe is causing frame to crash on her PC. This looks like  
information coming into a table.
I opened the file on an OS9 mac and was able to see what the error was  
and import the mif correctly.

Any help would be appreciated.
