User Defined Hotkeys

You can edit the "cmds.cfg" file if you want to change the ESCAPE 
shortcut sequences.

The file is very hard to read in Notepad, but when you open it in a good 
text editor (Crimson, SciTE, or Notepad++) it's much easier to read.
