Question about TOC, LOF, LOT

I don't want to import the entire file into the TOC.

I just want a TOC that looks like this:

Table of Contents

List of Figures . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .LOF-1
List of Tables . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .LOT-1
Introduction . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . INTRO-1

and ect.
